Business Analyst - System Business Analyst - Agile - Asset Management

Your new role
This role sits in a global team, heavily based in North America, in the production support and development team, partnering with the technology team. You will be responsible for supporting Front office trading application interfaces alongside creating and supporting reports from the trading system. You will be looking for opportunities to improve service levels, system performance and vender relations.

You will be required to perform root cause analysis, have an understanding of both business and technology needs, document business needs, ensure delivery on business solutions using best practices including developing test plan \/ approach and managing test execution end to end, proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans, managing issues, and effectively communicating analysis and testing status to all levels of the organization and make sure communication is provided to the Global team of employees and contractors.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have expert skills in business systems analysis, troubleshooting, processes and industry standard tool in both waterfall and agile methodologies, have strong customer services skills and have Front office in Asset Management. Looking for people with experience of using reporting software's writing use case and test case. The ideal Candidate will also have worked with Aladdin.
