Trainee Telephone Consultant

Trainee Telephone Consultant is required by a forward thinking, professional & friendly PropTech firm called PropertyLoop based in their Canary Wharf office.

Role Purpose:

PropertyLoop are looking for an exceptional candidate with excellent telephone matter, high levels of customer service experience and someone who is target driven. This is not a sales role as you will be introducing a free service wo potential customers. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential clients with the main goal to achieve your targets set.

As a Telesales Representative, you are expected to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Reach out to existing and potential clients to present our service offering

•Learn details about our service offerings

•Address any questions or issues clients may have

•Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and needs

•Offer solutions

•Keep an updated client database

•Measure identified KPIs

•Always strive towards meeting targets

•Track and document calls

•Update client records

•Prepare and present achievements and KPIs

Experience and skills required:

•Customer service experience ideally telephone based but this is not essential.

•Ability and willingness to learn about the services

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•Patient and friendly personality

•Strong negotiator, able to persuade and influence others

•Ability to cope well under pressure and think on your feet

•Content working autonomously, taking high levels of ownership with a solution focused approach
