Location: Balham, Southwest London
Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week - shift patterns vary from 7.30am - 6.30pm, or 11.00am - 8.00pm

Time Recruitment are looking to recruit an Experienced Registered Clinical Lead Nurse to work in an specialist service situated in the Balham area of Southwest London. The Clinical Lead will be joining an innovative care provider who truly go above and beyond to ensure the people living at the service have the best fulfilled life. We are looking for a Clinical Lead who can help support the service in reaching their goals to score OUSTANDING with CQC. The service already has an excellent reputation and is rated GOOD in all 5 domains.

The service is a medium size with no more than 50 + beds, with a high nurse to staffing patient ratios, with a range of care options are provided including Learning disabilities, Personality Disorders, Challenging behaviour's, Elderly Dementia, Schizophrenia, and eating disorders the home also specialises in caring for those with Parkinson's.

They are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to lead the clinical and non-clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking for the next step in their career, or for an existing Clinical Lead looking to join a well-respected organisation with potential for further development.

The Role:

* Leading your team, you will oversee all day-to-day care activity in your designated unit
* Secured supernumerary time per week to complete non-clinical tasks
* Maintaining accurate records for residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards
* You will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of residents
* Creating and developing strong links with local professional bodies and relatives
