*What is the role?*

We are currently recruiting for an experienced care at home Support Worker to join our team and provide support throughout the day or night to our Clients with Care needs in their home environments.

The package requires a dedicated, flexible, consistent, and reliable support worker who will get to know the service user and anticipate their needs.

Full UK Driving Licence is essential

Full clinical updates will be provided, with competencies if required

6 months minimum recent experience

* 10 hour shift
* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
* Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
all staff have access to appropriate PPE and regular LFT COVID test are provided

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Llandudno, Conwy: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
* recent care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
