*Unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, is highly organised and has staff management experience to play a big part in the running of North Wales's No. 1 Tourist attraction.*

We are seeking a General Manager, hospitality experience would be advantageous but not essential, organisational skills, high levels of energy and a strong will to succeed are more important.

A Personal Alcohol Licence is essential.

Reporting directly to our Business Manager & Managing Director, you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the business.

The Role demands an energetic person, who is able to adapt to our "Fast Paced" Environment.

The Position of General Manager within our Business will include the following Duties & Responsibilities -

*. Work Closely with our Small but dedicated Team of Duty Managers & Supervisors and daily management of a team of 50 - 100 staff members.*

*. Maximise all Revenue Streams within the Business*

*. Produce accurate and detailed Weekly Financial Reports as required*

*. Marketing / Promoting the Business *

*. Manage Training Requirements - both in house & external*

*. Efficiently Control all Costs - Including Payroll / Supplier Costs / Utility Costs etc*

*. Maintain a Good Working relationship with Shop Tennant's & Operators*

*. Work with External Engineers re Structural Maintenance*

*. Health & Safety *

*. Maintain the Security of all Company Revenues & Floats*

*. Responsibility for Recruitment & Retention of Team Members*

*The person we are seeking will posses*

· *Good IT skills*

· *Excellent people skills*

· *Be highly organised*

· *Have previous staff management experience*

· *Hold a personal Alcohol license or be willing to gain one*

· *Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment*

· *Be aware of Health & Safety in the workplace*
