Hybrid Social Workers in Adults Services, Hampshire Your new company A large local authority in the south are looking to add some experienced social workers to their adult social care service. Your new role You will be able to work on a hybrid model working from home but completing visits, within in an adult community team completing a range of assessments including care act assessments.

There is also be an element of safeguarding involved also. What you'll need to succeed You will need a social work qualification, completed ASYE and prior experience in a community team. AIS experience is desireable.
