Do you have strong data and organisational skills and are hoping to utilise these within a forward-thinking organisation driven by social purpose?Our Reward Team is expanding, and we've got a fantastic opportunity for a part time Reward Officer to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with possibility of extension. We're looking for someone to work between 30-32 hours per week and we're flexible on the days and times worked.This role will be based from our new Head Office in Basingstoke, however will embrace Sovereign's principle of hybrid working, with a blend of home and office working with plenty of opportunity for flexibility.As Reward Officer, you will:Collate, interpret, and undertake modelling of data from various systems, presenting results clearly and creativelyKeep our Benefits system up to date, including processing monthly changes and supporting employee queries regarding benefits on offerMonitor our Recognition Schemes, providing reports and insightsEnsure our job evaluations, job descriptions, and pay and grading structures are kept up to date and accurate at all timesPromote the value of our Reward package across the business and support employee engagement through creating engaging content for communication materials, running Benefits Fairs, researching and coordinating providers and monitoring benefit selection windows.What we're looking for:You don't need to have previous experience within Reward, although it would be beneficial. Ideally, you'll have:Strong data skills, high attention to detail and confidence using a variety of databasesPractical knowledge of Microsoft packages, including strong experience in ExcelStrong planning and organisational skillsExcellent customer service, and the ability to support and communicate with stakeholders of all levelsYou'll also be someone with enthusiasm and drive to deliver on challenging deadlines and targets.What you can expect from us:In return we commit to value you for who you are and what you will bring to the role.
