Hoburne Naish enjoys an enviable reputation in the Holiday Parks Industry, having received no less than 10 consecutive Rose Awards for Excellence and currently graded 'Excellent' by the English Tourist Board. The Park covers more than 100 acres and enjoys almost 1,000 yards of cliff frontage with unrivalled views to the Isle of Wight and Christchurch Bay.

Hoburne Naish has a varied selection of holiday lodges and caravans. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of all Company letting properties, working under the instruction of the Housekeeping Manager.
The successful candidate will be a practical person with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative whilst being competent over a wide range of disciplines. They will also have an enthusiastic, flexible attitude and a 'hands on' approach.

They will also require the following:
A high level of inter-personal skills
Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
The ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
Have a competent knowledge of working with electricity and plumbing & carpentry skills
Hold a full clean Driving Licence
The ability to be proactive in the workplace, to solve potential problems

This is a full-time role. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
