Your new role

* Strong business analysis skills, including documenting business and technical requirements.
* Stakeholder management including daily\/weekly\/monthly collaborations
* Practical experience of a range of agile analysis techniques
* Experience working closely alongside developers and testers
* Awareness of web development technologies, techniques and practices in a fast-paced work environment
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills
* Ability to handle non-routine queries and resolving issues from application of previous experience
* Perform analysis to validate business assumptions and requirements
* Supports effective business analysis through analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
* Maintain integration configuration and support documentation as integrations are changed, developed, or repurposed.
* Work closely with members of our delivery team including stakeholders, development, and QA teams to plan the deployment of our digital solutions.
* Proven ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
* Strong sense of ownership.

What you'll need to succeed

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical \/ IT field, OR similar related industry experience.
* 3 years' experience in a relevant role
* Experience \/ exposure to eCommerce
* Experience with cloud-based middleware\/iPaaS platforms.
* SAP knowledge would be an advantage
* Experience of integrating with ERP backend system such as SAP
* Experience using ticketing systems for example JIRA or simila
* Experience creating test plans, test cases, testing and communicating results. A\/ B and multivariate testing experience also helpful.
