Administrative Team LeaderSouthamptonFull Time 40 hours per week over 5 daysMonday to FridayCompetitive salary plus pension and benefits packageWe have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, motivated and experienced Administrative Team Leader to lead the team in our Admin Support Office at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Southampton.Leading an Admin Team of two, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring seamless support is provided in matters relating to credit control and accounts administration across the South Region which is made up of over 34 Brewers Decorator Centre stores that cover West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and parts of Dorset. In addition to the accounts function, this role also includes aspects of overseeing general administration support for the Region, ensuring the highest levels of support and confidentiality are maintained at all times. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager, Regional Manager and Regional Administrator as well as the wider Management team in the Region.Our office is based in our Southampton Brewers Decorator Centre which is conveniently located in Chandler's Ford Industrial Estate, Eastleigh and is operational from Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm.We are a family run business, trading for over 115 years; we have a long history in our industry and have grown to over 180 branches nationwide.
