Job description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part time Governance Administrator to join the Governance team based at Head Office in Totton, Southampton. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Group Governance Team.

About the role:
Work under the direction of the Head of Quality, Risk & Corporate Governance and alongside other members of the Governance Team in the identification of governance, risk, safety and training needs across the organisation.
Provide direct administrative support for all governance activity
Assist with the development, production and publication of all governance documentation, guidance and training materials
Ensure all Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Clinical Leads have access to AssessNET and identify any training needs where there are gaps
Support the Governance Team in providing AssessNET troubleshooting and helpdesk support acting as a first point of contact for staff across the organisation.
Identify any outstanding incidents on AssessNET and escalate, as required, to the Service Manager, Regional Director and/or Head of Quality, Risk & Corporate Governance.
Update and improve the Governance e-filing systems on AssessNET and in Office 365
Ensure employee records on Litmos are up to date and that each employee is assigned the correct level of statutory and mandatory training modules.
Maintain and update all the training records on Litmos and ensure all Managers, Regional Managers and Regional Directors are aware of staff completion rates by establishing regular communications.
Liaise with other members of the Governance Team to assist in the development and delivery of their specialised training packages.
Assist in the development and undertaking of audits relating to governance activity including incident reporting, training records, evaluation forms and training outcomes.
Analyse and produce reports for both internal and external partners.
Promote the organisation's open, just and fair culture.
About you:
Ability to process, analyse and summarise large amounts of data and information in tables, charts, graphs, etc.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
Meticulous attention to detail
Proven team player with the ability to use your own initiative
Excellent time management and priortising skills.
An understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of delivering training within a multi-site organisation
Working knowledge of online training systems and databases is desirable
An understanding of a healthcare organisation and the type of training delivered would be desirable.

A annual salary of £23,105.33 pro rota
30 hours per week Monday to Friday - hours can be flexible
Up to 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus optional 5 unpaid days
