*Location - Alton, GU34 4JD*

*Salary - £18,585.98 plus shift attendance allowance - roughly an extra £1,300 per annum plus our Veolia benefits *

*Hours - 40 per week, Rotating weekly shifts plus overtime (optional) *

*6am - 2.30pm - 5 days a week*

*2.30pm - 11pm - 5 days a week*

Our Materials Recovery Facility in Alton is the large of the two in Hampshire, and is our most technologically advanced plant of its kind in the county. Our MRF site in Alton handles household recyclables waste.

What will you be doing?
*

* Ensure materials are separated to meet the required standards of the markets as directed

* Hand pick individual materials off the sorting conveyor

* Undertake cleaning duties of the plant when required

* Provide cover when needed for other positions within the MRF

*

What are we looking for?

* Previous experience within a similar operational environment

* UK driving licence and own transport due to location

*
