We recruit some of the most committed people in the sector.As a Residential Support Worker you will ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their full potential through enjoyment, achievement and economic well being.As a Support Worker, you will:Support our young people with their daily life routines, which may include supporting them during the Education day and other fun social activities.Encourage positive behaviours and caring for the well-being of the young person.With the support of the wider team of staff within the home and school to ensure the young people reach their full potential.Be required to work flexibly and to undertake shift work including early shifts, late shifts and weekends.Our Children's Home in Tadley is seeking enthusiastic role models to join their team as a Support Worker. Set in a semi-rural location within four acres of beautifully mature grounds. Our home is a comfortable and warm environment that supports the needs of children between the ages of 7-19 who have complex needs which include autistic spectrum disorder.
