Look no further…About the roleWe are looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to join our small but busy Employee Relations team, that provide guidance and advice to Managers, as well as supporting over 500 St Elizabeth's employees. This pivotal post will see you work collaboratively as part of the wider HR team, supporting with administrative duties and project work, as well as ensuring key payroll data is accurately checked.This will be a busy and varied role as you arrange meetings, take notes, respond to queries, and keep our employee records accurate and up to date. This is an essential role within the ER team; the successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately check payroll reports on a monthly basis, analysing data and highlighting discrepancies in a timely manner.About YouWe're looking for someone who loves to work proactively and use their initiative, with the confidence to question and challenge when needed. You will be confident in using Microsoft Office - creating reports is key so it's essential you are proficient at using Excel.As the first point of contact for staff, you'll need to be able to communicate effectively as you utilise your excellent organisational skills to manage your workload effectively.
