Job description

There is something rather special in working within a larger care home. It requires a unique set of skills, being able to multi-task, manage a large staff and also being visible as the face of the home. You need to be organised, inspirational and motivated to deliver exceptional care, especially if you are the manager of the flagship home within this group.

You don't need to be a qualified nurse to apply for this position. In fact, if you are that's great, but you have a great clinical team around you in this home already. The key thing is to have at least 2-3 years experience of managing larger homes (80 bed +) and have a track record for delivering consistent CQC results. This home already had a Good CQC report so is in a great position, but you are one for improvement, and perhaps you have a goal of Outstanding in your sights?

In return, there is a generous remuneration package of £80k, plus bonuses. This employer also likes to promote from within wherever possible, with the previous manager having been promoted into a more senior role within 3 years.
