Experienced Identity Manager needed in supporting the GIS Workplace team

Your new role
The Identity Manager role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the identity management service, ensuring that all users can be and have been correctly authenticated into the various areas of the corporate or partner networks. This is a service management and personnel leadership role with specific knowledge in Identity and Access Management from the user identity management and verification perspective. The role is responsible to the business for account identity assignments, modifications and removals; as required as part of an employee's career journey through Computacenter. Furthermore, the role is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate checks are made when authenticating a user to ensure a secure environment but with the least impact to the user's experience.

Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for the operational provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts into Computacenter's core systems using Active Directory, and Azure AD;
* Manage the design of the Identity Management model, and implement development in line with departmental strategy;
* Own the operation of the core tools required to manage the identity provisioning and management framework;
* Ensure that approval workflows for account requests are appropriate to mitigate risk but minimal enough to promote a transparent operation;
* Manage and maintain the MFA and Conditional Access systems and contribute to the development of perimeter ingress mechanisms.
* Meet with key stakeholders to the identity service periodically to ensure expectations are being met and changes to service are conveyed;
* Engage with the department's reporting function to ensure reports, presentations and event monitoring is performed to expectation;

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be experienced in:

* Operational identity management with a proven track record of service delivery and team leadership.
* A firm understanding of the principles of identity management
* 5+ years of relevant experience in an IT Identity Management position;
* 5+ years team leadership experience;
* Experience in the deployment and management of Identity Management mechanisms (MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, etc.);
* Familiarity with Remedy ITSM, Biomni FrontOffice, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure;
* Familiarity with industry leading IGA tools (Sailpoint, Quest, Saviynt, etc.)
* Capable of reporting to a range of seniority levels, including Executive;

Recommended Certificates:

* ITIL Specialist
* Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
* A recognised qualification in Identity Management or Security (CIAM, CAMS, CISSP, CCSP, etc.)
