OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (BAND 5)
£26,476 - £29,361 per annum
PERMANENT - FULL TIME
Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist, looking for a new opportunity within one of Hertfordshire's largest care and education providers?
About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, organised and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join their busy and friendly therapy team.
You will independently assess, develop and implement individual rehabilitation programmes for individuals with learning disabilities and/or behavioural related needs. You'll use investigative and analytical skills, to formulate an individualised management and treatment programme based on advanced clinical reasoning and evidence based practice. Working closely with the team you'll take a holistic approach to their residents and learners whilst always promoting their health and well-being which is at the heart of what you do.
Their Health Agency is committed to providing high quality, holistic person-centred therapy and support enabling people to maximise their potential. They also work in partnership with GP's, Psychiatrists, and lead Neurologists from both Great Ormond Street and the National Hospital for Epilepsy.
About You
You'll be a positive person who possess excellent professional skills, has a broad knowledge of Occupational Therapy in a range of clinical settings along with the knowledge of assessment tools and a range of appropriate therapeutic interventions relevant to the client group.

About Our Client
Our client is situated in 60 acres of Hertfordshire countryside between Harlow and Bishop's Stortford. They support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs in their Children's Homes, School, College, Residential Homes with Nursing and Day Centre.
