Exciting graduate Software Developer role - Excellent training provided on Microsoft Tech stack

Your new company

Your new company is a public sector organisation who focus their support on mental health and well being. the Trust is organised across three Strategic Business Units and provides integrated health and social care services through a large network of community and inpatient settings, serving diverse communities across Hertfordshire, Norfolk, North Essex and Buckinghamshire.

Your new role

This role is a perfect job for a graduate looking for their first/second job with an excellent attitude towards personal development.

You will have the opportunity to train on Microsoft Tech stack in addition to SQL and Crystal Reports.

You will be tasked with duties such as;

  • Design, code, test, amend and implement efficient Delphi code and SQL Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, and Functions as part of EPR Development
  • Develop and maintain Crystal Reports. Create formulae, group, parameters, sub reports to get desired information for end user
  • Develop new clinical templates and letters as specified by the Business Analyst
  • Develop knowledge of information and operational business processes and how development can support these
  • Develop the Trust's EPR system to enable better clinical recording
  • Support the scoping, development and implementation of any new EPR products and Upgrades
  • Ensure all development of the EPR meets the required specifications and are accurate, fit for purpose, delivered to time and follow the agreed development methodology with full written documentation

The role offers a vast variety of duties and you will learn a lot.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful;

  • Have studied a relevant course to software development
  • Have experience writing code, either working, education or person projects
  • Have an excellent attitude towards person development
