What you'll do

The International Solution Delivery organization delivers the core infrastructure & software systems to TJX's International divisions that acquire, move, and sell products in markets throughout the globe.

Specifically, the Stores and Loss Prevention Agile Release Train within International Solution Delivery roadmaps and delivers our European Store, Loss Prevention and Workforce Management epics across 6 countries.

We have an exciting new role for a Release Lead to join our Stores and Loss Prevention Systems team.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Release Lead to help us evolve our Systems team capabilities.

As a Release Lead, you will work within an Agile Release Train (ART) based on the Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe).

In this role your impact will be to own the Release & Change planning for the Stores and Loss Prevention ART. Your responsibilities will include to plan, negotiate, and manage release activities (Soft - and Hardware), to maintain the release pipeline and schedule for Stores Domain, and to align Service providers, Business partners, and Vendors.

You will partner with roles within the Stores and Loss Prevention ART such as Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineers and QA.

What you'll need

The newly formed systems team within the EU Stores and Loss Prevention ART is looking for someone with experience in Release Management.

"Must Have's"

Extensive experience as a Release Lead/Scrum Master/Project Manager/ with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe.
Strong problem solving and analytic skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding and fluid environment

"Nice to Have's"

Experience with Service Now, MS-Office, Jira, Confluence
Ability to drive conversations with cross-functionally time-zone diverse teams
Retail and Store systems product experience.
