Brook Street are delighted to be partnering with our long standing client to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established and respected Accountancy firm based in Inverness. This opportunity is open to candidates looking for both Part or Full time roles.

Our client are looking to hire a disciplined and committed Accounts Assistant who has the desire to learn and progress within the firm.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
o Preparation of accounts for partnerships, sole traders and limited companies.
o Liaise with clients and support your manager with complex tasks.
o Balance sheet reconciliations for clients.
o Use of various financial software packages including Xero and other cloud based platforms.
o Work closely with, and gain exposure to, other partner areas of the firm including Tax and Audit. This is a perfect opportunity to work with a great team in a modern forward-thinking accountancy business.

To be considered for this role you must have relevant practice experience and a desire to succeed.
