Associate Service Technician - WD

What you will do

As an Associate Service Technician, you will not only assist in the manufacture of ductwork in a workshop but also assist with the installation of HVAC Equipment on Customer Sites.

There will be plenty of opportunities to explore your potential and you'll enjoy full support from your line manager and service engineers.

You will be required to ensure that you adhere to safe working practices and also be able to take instructions and act upon them in a prompt and professional manner. This is a genuine alternative to university for people who have a passion for engineering and who want to launch their career with us.

Ultimately, once trained and qualified, this role is responsible for the installation support of all projects across our UK HVAC division.

How you will do it

You will be part of the team who are accountable for delivering projects, on time, within budget and in a professional manner. You will maintain customer confidence by keeping information strictly confidential regarding premise security and operational information. We expect you to adhere to all company and legal requirements at all times including complying with Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

Health & Safety is extremely important for staff, ensuring compliance with all legislation. We'd like you to be involved in the delivery, loading and unloading of ductwork and associated HVAC Equipment. You will also be required to assist in the Workshop Duties and Housekeeping regimes as and when required

Qualifications

What we look for

Required

UK Full driving license
Good communication skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Work within a Team of skilled and semi-skilled engineers
Good safety practices

Preferred

An enthusiasm to learn and an interest in problem solving
Self-motivated
Counter balance FLT license would be advantageous

Please note:

Physical and manual handling involved with most equipment and tools
Additional Training will be provided where required
