As an inbound Sales Advisor or Sales Executive, you'll grasp every opportunity to enhance our reputation as the number one home appliance brand in the world. You'll work in our Bolton call centre and receive inbound customer service calls from customers who are experiencing issues with their appliances, give amazing customer service and up sell added value service products. You will earn a great base salary and as a Sales Advisors or Sales Executive, your performance will directly impact your uncapped commission. You'll achieve fantastic on target earnings through maintaining amazing customer service and selling service products in a compliant manner; ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything you do. You'll take full ownership of customer service issues, navigating our new Salesforce system to view customer account details and process information quickly and accurately. It is imperative that you have sales experience or can demonstrate working towards and achieving set targets within a fast-paced, call centre environment.
