We succeed when all our people succeedGrow our business by sourcing top talentAs our Sales Sourcer, you'll be the first point of contact for many potential employees and therefore integral in promoting the Softcat culture. You'll be supporting our Sales recruitment team, dedicated to sourcing exceptional entry-level/graduate talent for our Sales Development Programme (SDP) across all nine of our offices.As our Sales Sourcer, you'll be responsible for:Supporting the end-to-end sourcing process; including on briefing calls, drafting job descriptions, talent attraction and proactive sourcingSourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, headhunting, market mapping, etc.; to source talent and build talent poolsEstablishing excellent candidate relationships at all levels of hire, ensuring an outstanding end-to-end candidate experienceRunning social media campaigns to actively promote Softcat and our Sales rolesBuilding up knowledge of the graduate/entry level market to add value to the sourcing processWhat we need from youA demonstrable passion for working within recruitmentResults focused - able to work proactively to deliver against targetsExceptional candidate engagement and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationshipsWork in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
