Tradewind are working with a welcoming Bolton school near Farnworth who are looking for a KS1 teacher to join their superb team in January 2022. The senior leadership team are looking for someone who has a track record of building strong relationships with pupils and families. The role is to cover a member of staff on Maternity leave until the end of the academic year, possibly longer. As the KS1 teacher, you will be paid an above market rate that matches your experience.

As a KS1 teacher, you will be working closely with your KS1 team to develop highly effective schemes of work and lessons that make an impact on the children's education. Encouraging them to achieve their full potential and bridge any gaps that may have developed throughout the pandemic. You will also be required to:

Plan and teach a balanced and diverse curriculum.
Assessing, tracking, and reporting on the pupil's development, attainment, and personal needs
Set high expectations for pupil outcomes.
Develop a classroom environment based the school values.
Provide a caring and supportive learning environment

Have Qualified Teacher Status
Is enthusiastic, resilient and a determined team player
Is committed to providing creative and inspiring learning experiences
Has excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills
Has an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Has the right to work in the U.K
