Job description

I am working with a well-known brand within the medical industry as they go through an exciting period of change and growth. You will be joining the company at a great time as there is great opportunity for both personal development and as part of the company.

You will be working within a small team to find and try to provide fixes for all first line issues. You will provide both remote and in person support to colleagues within the company. You will be the first port of call for technical issues both software and hardware and escalate issues when appropriate.

To be fit for this position you will need to have great communication and customer service skills. Ability to quickly and accurately log calls.

At least a years previous helpdesk experience is essential.
