Job description

My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Operative (Preferably Electrically Biased) in the Manchester area. This will initially be on a contract basis to start immediately with the successful candidate look to going permanent.

Pay Rate is between £19 - £20.51 dependant on experience.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities include:

Carry out repairs to a variety of building services and demonstrate their competence to multi-skill outside their core trade to include minor repair works.
Completing reactive, PPM jobs and projects in a timely manner.

The maintenance, management and installation of sanitary appliances including the soil and waste connections.

Ensure that the task is deliverable within the time allocation

Ensure all works do not present a hazard or danger to others

Any other reasonable duties required.Requirements:

Electrical qualification
Experience is essential.
