Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly creative and organised individual / strong communicator to join our fast-paced communications team as Creative & Digital Content Editor.

As Beaverbrooks Creative & Digital Content Editor, you will support the existing team in the important work they do in delivering dynamic communications across the business. In this role you will be extremely creative, have a great eye for detail, an effective communicator across all platforms and manage a varied workload.

This role is based at our office in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. Office based requirements and options for remote working will be discussed at interview.

Main Responsibilities

As the Creative & Digital Content Editor, you will:

Be responsible for designing and creating our internal communications
Film and edit our internal video messages to the company and post across all our internal online platforms
Be responsible for the design and creation of our quarterly internal publication magazines (liaising with our department heads for the written content)
Designing and creating Intranet landing pages, including banners and imagery
The Ideal Candidate

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

It's important that the successful candidate has the following skills and experience:

Extensive experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Inc Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator & Premiere Pro)
Experience in studio set up, filming, and editing of video content
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organised
Able to prioritise and work under own initiative
Ability to work efficiently and accurately on several projects at any one time
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

It is also advantageous if you have:

Previous experience of using content management systems
Basic HTML experience
