Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing M&A advisor headquartered in Amsterdam. Currently present in three countries in Europe, the business is planning to be in 10 countries by 2025.

As you build your M&A knowledge/experience within the firm, the role will quickly involve client responsibilities, and working on buy-side and sell-side transactions across multiple sectors. The firm has a culture of accountability and entrepreneurialism, which will suit individuals with energy and willingness to challenge themselves.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involvement in all aspects of the M&A transaction process
• Developing and analysing LBO models and executing M&A transactions through to a successful conclusion
• Providing sector-specific insight and actionable intelligence
• Working effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Growing your own origination opportunities/client network

YOUR PROFILE:

• This opportunity would be suitable for an individual with knowledge of an M&A banking environment (or related field) from internships, study or current professional experience
• Preference for those with an affinity/experience of small to mid-sized companies
• Able to build an LBO model
• You should have a numerate/finance degree and / or MBA from a top-tier university
• Strong cultural values of mutual support and co-operation but with a high level of individual dynamism and entrepreneurialism
• Fluency in English communication is essential
