Whether it's carrying out day-to-day banking transactions, educating our customers on our digital channels or liaising with our wider Premier business, you'll be there to help. You'll provide an end to end service to our customers, supporting them every step of the way and proactively looking at opportunities to meet their financial needs.You'll also be:Taking full ownership of your calls, solving customers' queries and providing an outstanding memorable serviceBuilding strong relationships with customers, following up on interactions with themContinue to develop and build your knowledge, as you'll be taking calls which range in complexityImproving processes and procedures to maximise customer satisfaction and efficiencyDelivering good customer outcomes, reviewing their needs and supporting with your recommendation.The skills you'll needIdeally, you'll have experience working in customer service, but it isn't essential. It's more important that you have strong communication and listening skills, and the empathy to provide the very best solutions.We're also looking for you to demonstrate:The commitment to go the extra mile for our customers, providing a truly personal serviceThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve quality results while maintaining high levels of detailAn enthusiasm for developing new skills and taking on new responsibilitiesStrong keyboard skills and the ability to multitask, allowing you to navigate different systems and process information while talking to customersGood numerical and organisational skillsWhat else you need to knowWe're here for our customers when they need us, so you'll need to be able to work flexibly.You'll work a 7 hour day on a rotational 5 day shift pattern which includes working 1 in every 4 weekends (Saturday or Sunday). Working hours are between 7am and 9pm. When you're ready, we'll help take your career to the next level.How we'll reward youSalary:£19,125 per year (pro rata for hours worked)You'll join on a competitive salary of £19,125 (which is £10.51 per hour) depending on experience, and you'll also join our retirement saving plan.
