Do you want to work for a business that cares about more than the bottom line? Have you not found the right role yet that values your passion and commitment? Do you want to work for a great business that will develop your skills and abilities, build on your housing development experience and support your career aspirations? Then this is the opportunity you have been looking for. With flexibility on where and how you work - from home, hub or a mix of both, it's a role with meaning and you will be making a difference to thousands of customers they support across the North West.

Reporting to an experienced Development Manager, you'll be joining an established Growth and Development team. With sound knowledge of housing, building and project management ideally from a housing or housing related field, you will liaise with colleagues across the Group to assist with the delivery of our client's development programme and generate new business opportunities.

This is a hands-on role which is as much about building relationships with colleagues and external organisations as it is about successfully delivering projects to meet the ambitions of our client's Growth Plan.

Suitably experienced, you'll be customer focused with the ability to communicate with colleagues, customers, partners and external agencies in line with their high-performance culture and 'Our Client's Way'.

You will need a full driving license and have access to a car as you will need to be able to travel as part of the role across the northwest and nationally as required.

As an agile worker you will be given the flexibility on where and how you work as well as a range of great benefits including company pension scheme, life assurance, employee assistance programme and 25 days holiday year plus bank holidays.

More information about the role can be found in the information pack attached to this advert.

They are passionate about inclusion and they'd love to hear from people from diverse backgrounds for this role
