With a high focus on advising, guiding and supporting clients in decisions, their exceptional bespoke products allow them to meet the needs of clients.Role Summary: As a graduate business development executive you will be placed on your own individual development plan. You will develop product knowledge and learn about sales process. You will deliver outcomes through telephone prospecting activities and work to advise, guide and support clients into making decisions.As a Graduate Business Development Executive, who are you?You have already graduated from university within the last 2 yearsYou have a full UK driving licenseYou want to kick start your career in sales and are a fantastic relationship builderYou have somewhere between 0-2 years of experience working whilst studying or post universityYou have grit: You have the grit and stamina to continue when the going gets tough and you face rejection.You have an abundance of natural curiosity: Always asking why or perhaps slightly more in depth enquiries. Either way, you are an intellectually curious life-long learner who looks to continuously self-improve.You are coachable: You are not expected to start with all the answers.
