Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this role will form part of the Administration team for NSS where tasking can be required across other NSS sites. The Office Coordinator will ensure an effective service is provided to ensure the smooth operating of the Manchester office and remain aligned with other support based teams such as Health and Safety and Security where required.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a professional, consistent administration support service.Onsite contact for all facilities led activities and requirements, such as cleaning services, office supplies. Working with the Northrop Grumman Facilities team for support and escalation.Onsite contact for all Health Safety & Environmental activities and requirements, e.g. monthly reporting, local tracking of First Aid & Fire Wardens. Working with the Northrop Grumman Health & Safety team for support and escalation.Be the onsite Security liaison working with the Northrop Grumman Security team for support and escalation.Maintain strong working relationship with other sites and departments.Attend department meetings as required.Remain compliant with all applicable Northrop Grumman corporate and local processes and procedures.Assist with organisation of in-house/off-site conferences, exhibitions and Company functions.Act as Office Admin representative on business activities and project work where required.Meet and greet for all visitors, adhering to the Northrop Grumman protocols at all times.Any other tasks as required to support the effective running of the Manchester office, and or tasks as directed by management.Essential criteria;Excellent planning and organisational skillsWorked in a similar environmentAdept at time management and prioritisationAdmin experience with in a busy officeExcellent interpersonal communication skills, able to engage effectively with all stakeholdersCompetent user of Microsoft packages, including but not limited to Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPointApplicants must be able to hold and maintain UK Government clearancesNorthrop Grumman is committed to equality and diversity in our workplace.
