Elevation are delighted to be exclusively partnered with one of the most exciting and innovating manufacturing businesses in the North West to appoint a Quality Manager into their business. With around 100 heads and a £10M turnover, this business have a really exciting growth plan as they develop and release their new products to market.

Managing a small team, this role is integral to the business to really drive positive changes in processes, systems and culture across the site as they look to improve their culture into a quality first mindset. With unrivalled commitment from the top of the business to change, this is a career defining opportunity for a Quality Manager to really mould and shape an entire department in a thriving business.

Quality Manager duties and responsibilities include:

- Ownership of the Quality Management System
- Leadership and management of all annual audits
- Managing all supplier quality
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders on product/production issues
- Maintain and review the ECR, Contract Review and Supplier Agreements in line with compliance requirements
- Act as a stakeholder for assigning product compliance
- Appropriate documentation of all quality related actions, meetings, and outcomes
- Contribute to the creation, management, and continued update of the company's quality strategy

I am keen to speak to candidates with the following skillset:

- Quality Management or Senior Quality Engineer experience in a complex manufacturing environment
- Highly regulated QMS management experience such as ATEX, AS9100, EX, IATF16949, ISO13485
- Strong ability to extract information and utilise data
- Ability to be ahead of the game on Quality planning to avoid a reactive environment
- Credible, professional and articulate with an ability to interface with all levels of the business comfortably
