Required: A new Technical Sales Engineer to work for my client***

If you've got a background in Chillers and have technical knowledge of industrial cooling system design then you could be exactly what they're looking for.

The business you'll be working for is a Temperature Control specialist that supports customers across the UK with the supply of equipment and associated services which include chillers, adiabatic & dry air coolers, cooling towers, air handlers, air conditioning units, and boilers. The company has a clearly defined growth plan over the next few years which will offer employees training and development opportunities.

Tell me more about the role...

You will be primarily responsible for selling industrial cooling equipment and services and supporting the overall value proposition the company delivers. Proactively seeking, identifying, and contacting new clients. This will involve understanding their business requirements, operational, commercial, and environmental objectives. You will successfully manage sales projects from lead until delivery on site. Identifying potential opportunities for new equipment development, build business cases to support the initiatives, identifying and controlling risk and ensuring adequate returns for UK operations activity.

This is a field-based role covering the West of England, from Liverpool to Bristol, where you'll report to the Sales Manager and will be tasked with the following:

* Selling industrial cooling equipment and services and to support the overall value proposition the company delivers.

* Developing new contacts with Consultants, Facilities Management, OEM, Trade and End Users with targets, planning, energy solutions and standards.

* Carrying out site surveys, gathering information for customers' equipment selection and being involved with system design.

* Successfully managing sales projects from lead until delivery on site.

They'll also need you to have experience of:

* Planning, developing, and executing multiple projects

* Developing partner relationships with clients by listening, interpreting, and understanding their pain and using this to deliver a solutions

* Performing equipment demonstrations to customers.

* A degree in engineering or business

* Strong communication skills, and keen to develop 'partner' relationship with customers

* Ability to liaise with all levels of staff and excellent relationship management skills.

* Ability to present and explain technical details to internal and external stakeholders.

What can I earn?

This Technical Sales Engineer position offers a basic salary between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance-related bonus of up to £20,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets.
