The Exciting Opportunity

The role of Sales Manager at The Townhouse, contributes to RBH's goals and values by supporting the General Manager & commercial team with managing social media activity across platforms along with being an ambassador for The Townhouse #ilovemanchester, along with promoting and selling the hotel and its many services and functions available for our guests.


Where Will You Be Working?

Set in the heart of Manchester's vibrant city centre on the historic Portland Street thoroughfare, The Townhouse Hotel boasts 85 spacious bedrooms and a history dating back centuries.

Originally serving as a cotton warehouse during the industrial revolution, this storied Grade II-listed building exudes the character and history for which Manchester is famed, as well as the unique contemporary style that sees visitors arriving from every corner of the globe.


What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for an individual who has #socialselling at the heart of what they do, to manage and develop the hotels growing social media platforms. A passion for Manchester is key, as you will not only be an ambassador for The Townhouse, but for Manchester itself, by developing and growing links with clients old and new, #localnetworking. You will also manage client accounts. The role may and will also involve travel to client meetings and sales and events exhibitions. A key element of the sales role is driving new business to the hotel. #weloveevents
