Purpose of the Role of Site Manager - Offsite Construction:

Based from our clients site in Oldham, the focus of this exciting new opportunity is to manage an experienced team of multi-skilled trades operatives to ensure construction projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget, adhering to Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Responsibilities of the Role of Site Manager - Offsite Construction:

To lead and motivate the site team
Report on site progress to Regional Manager on a weekly basis.
Produce and manage schedule of works
Managing Sub Contractors to maintain programme targets.
Manage all Health and Safety on site.
Assist with commissioning and handover
Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion
Work closely with the project team to ensure all work is carried out correctly
Maintain all required site documentation
Review and report on progress against programmes.
Ensure risk assessments and method statements are in place
Budget management and cost controlFor the position of Site Manager - Offsite Construction, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Must have managed teams of multi-skilled trades operatives within the construction industry
Project or operational management experience
Knowledge of Health & Safety
Experience of budget management and cost control
Excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a team environment and with customers
Organised and methodical
IT skills
