Physiotherapy Manager
*The role: *
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated professional to lead our small but busy Physiotherapy Department. A commitment to the development of high quality evidence-based acute care is essential, combined with personal drive, enthusiasm, creativity and resilience. You will be expected to meet the business and workforce objectives of the hospital and Ramsay Healthcare UK.
You must be a Chartered Physiotherapist, be a member of the CSP, registered with the Health Professions Council and have evidence of an up-to-date CPD portfolio.

*What you'll bring with you: *

* The ability to assess, diagnose and provide high quality individualised treatment programmes for patients
* Excellent IT skills (namely in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel)
* Excellent customer service skills
* A willingness to work positively and effectively within a team environment to achieve team goals and excellence in service delivery
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* High degree of attention to detail whilst working towards tight deadlines
* Flexibility as the service requires
* The personality to manage and work as part of a small and busy dedicated team
* The capacity to plan equipment and consumable requirements
* The ability to participate in on-call duties
* The ability to work to tight deadlines
* Assist in aspects of care through a variety of specialities in physiotherapy
