We are Caritas Care, a Learning Disability care specialist in Preston, Lancashire and we provide a range of social care and support services for people with moderate and complex learning and health needs.

Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own! You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started - we're happy to work with you to help you reach your goals.

We have an experienced and dedicated management team and we are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Assistant Manager who shares our passion and values. We believe that everyone has the right to be able to reach their goals and realise their dreams and aim to help people live the best lives they can, no matter what their background may be.

You will ensure that the people who use our Supported Living Service have opportunities to lead a fulfilling life in their home and community. Above all, we want someone that:

• Has a commitment to quality and being the best they can
• Can provide excellent care and support to all our service users
• Treats others with dignity and respect
• Works well as part of a team

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. The people we care for are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. You will be required to work with Team Managers and be responsible for the daily operation of a high quality service through the effective management and leadership of a team of Support Workers supporting individuals in households across Lancashire.

If you feel you have the relevant experience and/or transferable skills, with the commitment and drive to be a part of our team, we would love to hear from you.
