Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.So, we want you to join us and the 12,000 other colleagues on our journey; colleagues who have helped us create places, maintain 209,000 homes, manage £4.5 billion of assets, deliver £87.9m in social value and teach 80,000 children to swim each week.More about your roleAs a Business Relationship Administrator, you will support the Business Relationship Co-ordinator, working alongside the scheduling team to manage the repairs process whilst ensuring a high level of customer service is always delivered to a varied client base.You will be providing effective administration support using financial systems, word processing, Spreadsheets, data input and record keeping ensuring the effective running of all responsive repairs to our client base.You will be responsible for providing high level financial and property maintenance administration services to the property maintenance managers.For more information please read our job description attached.More about youTo be considered for this role you will possess previous experience working in a high-volume administrative role within a customer-focused environment and have an excellent level of attention to detail.You will have impeccable communications skills both written and verbal and able to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external colleagues and customers at all levels.
