A national services provider require a Customer Service Administrator to cover a busy operational period

Your new role
You will work as part of a specialist function which oversees the delivery of customer support throughout the UK. Being customer facing, you will be responsible for taking inbound queries from customers, query resolution and pro-active problem solving. Predominantly, you will manage the administration process behind the customer service process, through high quality data input, processing correspondence, managing emails, providing information, stakeholder engagement, confirming costings etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong administrative background, and pride yourself on delivering the best possible customer service, both internally and externally. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, where you will be resilient, focused and task-orientated. Any experience within Scheduling\/Dispatching will be highly desirable but not essential.
