Days only - 40 hour contract - largely supernumerary
X2 12 hour shifts x3 9am to 5pm shifts

Time Recruitment is assisting a specialist nurse led provider who began their journey as a health and social care provider delivering training into hospitals/nursing homes; making training and development the ethos of what they do and are passionate about; then swiftly developing their own specialist services across the UK; we are aiding in their search for a Clinical Nurse Manager for their specialist service in Rochdale.

The service is unique, its works closely with the local NHS trust offering specialist Huntington's disease clinics; the service users here benefit from having the best MDT and expert consultant care in their very own home; the service is 20 beds in total and caters to those with acquired brain injuries, Huntington's and those that require stroke rehabilitation.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager here you will join an already thriving senior management team, your role will be integral as you support the service in maintaining its already GOOD CQC status; largely supernumerary your role will be to mentor, coach and supervise others, carry out pre assessment, auditing and clinical governance duties and all staff training/recruitment.

To be the Clinical Nurse Manager here you must be RGN/RMN qualified with a valid NMC pin and be passionate about clinical excellence, with an ability to work alongside and in conjunction with the NHS but more importantly to understanding clinical management with a passion for developing teams.

As the company started as a training provider you will be offered an excellent full 2 week classroom and supervision based induction, you will be continued to be supported and monitored over a 13 week period after your classroom based training working closely with clinical trainers to enhance the training for your staff team as the Clinical Nurse Manager.
