Amazon Stores Recruiting is hiring a Recruiter with a passion for delighting their customers to join our dynamic organization. This is an opportunity to build a positive and engaging culture at our stores through the hiring of field associates.

This Recruiter is well versed in the recruiting life cycle and candidate generation. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to their customers.

The ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage high volume of applicants and close searches against a specified timeline. They have a reputation for demonstrating a sense of urgency, and ability to push back and prioritize their time and SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

Core Responsibilities:
· Effectively manage high volume applicant pipelines and create offers.
· Successfully execute recruiting strategies to deliver timely results on behalf of our business clients.
· Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
· Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
· Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven recruiting experience in retail, corporate and/or search firm, including full life cycle.
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree is required.
. Must have fluent English skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience working in a high volume, high hiring bar environment.
· CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
· Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
· Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
· Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
· Project management experience, command of project scheduling, milestones and deliverables.
· Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
