Role Summary

As a document controller you will be responsible for accurately maintaining, sorting and storing electronic and hard copy records of project documentation and ensuring information is distributed throughout various organisations, on time. This will include administration of the Common Data Environment (CDE), across projects as part of our enterprise roll-out.

The role will be predominately office based with the occasional requirement to visit site. Reporting to Senior Managers and will include working with the project operational delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Administration of the Asite Enterprise CDE; supporting in the configuration and setup of project CDE's including invitations / access arrangements, troubleshooting of any administrative and / or QA related problems with the platform

Provide technical and functional support to Asite platform users

Assist with CDE onboarding and training for Asite users

Help disseminate CDE training materials including quick reference guides, video tutorials, training processes, training environments and data

Liaise with the regional Super Users to manage platform use

Management of issues, improvement requests from across the business unit

Liaise with Digital Team to manage user issues, improvement requests

Assist in CDE and business process governance

Support in digitising business processes within the Asite platform

Support with the development of reports in the platform

Support the testing of new modules/capabilities with Asite and project teams

Knowledge Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in document control

* Previous experience of Asite platform would be desirable

* Previous experience working within the construction industry would be desirable

* An understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 compliance

* Be competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Be competent in using PowerBI

* Possess excellent general IT skills
