Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teacher to join our successful guaranteed pay scheme group to work across nurseries and primary schools in Gainsborough. The successful candidate will start work as soon as possible, and will be guaranteed at least 4 days work each week, full-time. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS.

The role

The desired Primary Teacher will be working in primary schools and nurseries, where young children possess a range of ability levels and needs, including SEND. There is a guaranteed 4 days of work per week, which may include some TA/HLTA work if needed with the demand being high. The candidate will also need to be as open as possible to teaching across the curriculum year groups, from EYFS to KS2. This role is suitable for Early Careers Teachers, and will be a payment guarantee per week, rather than days.

Requirements

To be considered for the Primary Teacher position, you will:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) within the UK.

• Have experience in teaching primary education in a school or nursery setting.

• Possess some experience with interventions including reading and maths.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of primary support staff.

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

• Have some experience in supporting SEND children.

• Hold any experience working on supply, but we welcome candidates who want to try supply teaching too.

• Be open to working as a Teaching Assistant / Higher Level Teaching Assistant when required.
