Are you a student nurse currently looking to secure your first role ready for when you qualify?

If you are then we would love to welcome you to our specialist dementia care home, The Wolds Care Centre in Louth.

We can offer you a position right now working with our dedicated Care Team that will allow you to gain hands-on experience. Once you qualify you will then be eligible to transfer straightaway to join our Nursing Team and will also receive a £100 qualifying bonus payment!

What we offer...

Rate of pay- £17.50 to £18.00 per hour with enhancements for working Bank Holidays and any overtime worked.
We are introducing time and one third for all hours worked over and above contracted hours from 29th November 2021.

For any shifts worked as a Care Worker prior to qualification you will be paid £9.00 - £9.20 per hour.

Our stunning nursing home, The Wolds, located near the hospital in Louth offers a home-for-life thanks to the amazing support of our nursing and care colleagues who work with residents and their families to ensure we meet their changing needs.

The Wolds is a 66-bed home with specialist dementia, nursing and residential care communities. The home has the luxury of a café, garden room, shop, cinema, activity room, a multi activities room, library, sensory room and an on-site hair & beauty salon.

Nursing is represented throughout HICA's management structure with a nurse-qualified Director of Operations and CEO who support at a local level to ensure focus on delivering clinical excellence.

Reporting into a Clinical Lead Nurse and supported by our Registered Manager, you will work collaboratively with Team Leaders and the care team to run your shift.
