*Our client is looking for a qualified nurse with nursing home experience to join their growing nursing team. As a registered nurse, you will be an asset to their home and promote an atmosphere that enables residents to live as independently and comfortably as possible.*

*Nurse Duties: *
* *Assessing residents' physical, psychological, social and emotional needs*

* *Administering Care and Medication*

* *Maintain Patient Records and develop care plans*

* *Safeguarding*

*About you: *
* *Registered Nurse (Active NMC)*

* *Previous Nurse experience in a similar environment - Desirable*

* *Good Interpersonal Skills*

* *Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families*

* *Nurse Experience with Dementia Care- Desirable*
