Spalding, Lincolnshire (Commutable from: Peterborough, Boston, Bourne, Sleaford, Chatteris, Wisbech, Kings Lynn)

Are you an Aftersales Manager, from an Agricultural or Manufacturing background, looking to join a rapidly expanding company where you can step up and grow your own department?

On offer is a varied role where you will be managing long standing exclusive accounts with major dealers and distributors. You will be responsible for a team of 3 who are involved in warranty customer service, logistics, parts and service.

This role would suit an Aftersales Manager, looking to join a successful company where you can put your own stamp on the department and continue to grow the team.

The Role:

*Managing a small team and growing the department
*Responsible for customer service, parts, warranty, service and logistics
*Account management of exclusive distributors
*Office based with occasional client visits (Some international)

The Candidate:

*Aftersales / Aftermarket Manager
*Part sales background
*Agricultural or construction equipment or manufacturing background
*Warranty experience
