We are looking for a Practice Development Facilitator to join the team at our Atherton village. In this role you will lead on the training and coaching of the village team to ensure that all colleagues are fully competent to deliver market leading care and support.

You will do this by:

* Identifying training needs in order that the performance and development of individuals and teams is reviewed regularly and managed proactively.
* Designing and delivering workshops and ensuring that learning is followed through into practice by coaching colleagues.
* Working with Belong colleagues to facilitate the acquisition of the necessary skills, knowledge and competencies of all team members to ensure customers receive the care, support and lifestyle choices that have been identified and agreed within their life plan.
* Being a visible and positive role model for excellent person centred customer support and practice
* Developing and maintaining appropriate systems for recording learning and development activities and intervention strategies.
