We have an exciting opportunity for a *Talent Acquisition Specialist* to join the Concentrix team to support our UK & Ireland customers. *This is initially a 6* *month Fixed Term Contract*. You will be part of a team supporting hiring for our internal operations teams attracting and supporting on-boarding of top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This role is perfect for a recruiter with a couple of years' experience under your belt!
*\*\*\*\*\**The role will be a Work at Home arrangement for the moment however the plan would be to bring our team back into the office in one of the following locations - *Belfast, L'Derry, Bredbury, Newcastle, Dublin.*
*About the role*
· Your role will be responsible for sourcing and screening prospective candidates via telephone interview/ online audio platform/ online assessment.
· Once initial assessment is complete, you'll collate the information and use this to make recommendation to hiring manager on candidate hires, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages.
· Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates
· Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
· You'll maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
· You'll be responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioural competencies needed for success in each role
· Promotion of Concentrix as an Employer of Choice is important to our continued success in the candidate market.
*About you*
· You're already an experienced recruiter - ideally gained in a fast-paced environment where 2 days are rarely the same! This role is perfect for a recruiter with a few years' experience
·It's a rapidly changing environment where you'll need to demonstrate tenacity and agility to get the job done!
· We work to tight deadlines and deliverables, so it's important that have demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
· You love working as part of a high performing team - it's critical to your and our success!
· You'll be comfortable with using a Recruitment ATS - ideally Workday (although not essential) along with demonstrating a competent level of proficiency in MS Office Suite.
· You're a natural self-starter, can work with minimal supervision as required and self-motivated to get things done!
· You're a seasoned professional who loves to network and build professional relationships.
