Building Surveyor - Social Housing

Manchester

6 month contract

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Building Surveyor for a leading Social Housing provider in the North West.

The Role

The successful candidate will undertake a range of property inspections and supervision services in relation to the maintenance of the organisations housing stock. They will ensure the organisations surveying services/ inspections are effectively co-ordinated and the properties are properly maintained in accordance with procedure and specification, including pre and post inspection, legal and insurance claims.
